Be Still

An excerpt from my journal on 5/7:  Psalm 46:10 BE still and know that I am God Be STILL and know that I am God Be still AND know that I am God Be still and KNOW that I am God Be still and know that I am God Be still and know that I AM God Be still and know that I am GOD!! Lord, help me to take some time each day to just BE. Still my mind and heart, Lord to focus on you. Lord, help me to really know that you are in control. You are the Lord; help me to remember that it's not about me. Help me to contemplate who you are each day.
